We have initially experienced a professional and positive approach from Hotel Express and together we have developed a good cooperation and positive marketing of Hotel Express’ booking portal. Since we launched the service January 2014 an increased number of customers have saved a lot of money when booking a hotels worldwide. During this period the services is also been evolved and improved to maybe the most user friendly in business. But most important is that if one customer has any complaint or need he or her will get immediate personal assistance. We feel very relaxed and comfortable that our customers use the services of Hotel Express International.

After several months of using HEI Online service, let me express… our great satisfaction with the service. The savings we made in very short period of time since concluding the contract with HEI have been significant. Thorough analysis of our travel expenses has indicated the savings of 28% for hotel rooms booking only.
Simple to use, and with great choice of hotels at most world destination, HEI Online is greatly accepted with the same enthusiasm between our teaching staff as well as among our students. During this period, everything has been quite smooth in booking procedures. We had several cancellations due to change in travel itineraries – procedure was very simple and prepaid amount was fully transferred back to our account without any delay whatsoever. At this point, other additional services provided by HEI Online cannot be commented because there is no feedback information from our end users yet. The exception is for Sixt car rental and Dragonpass airport lounge service which are very useful and also money saving benefits. We are also very satisfied with HEI Online mobile application that has been released recently. We are sure that this application will be regularly used by our staff and students.

We are very satisfied with our cooperation with Hotel Express International. The benefits program Boligbyggelagene member benefits represent an alliance of housing cooperatives covering the whole of Norway. Our 560,000 members and their families enjoy several extra benefits for themselves and their homes. Offers within travel and tourism are very popular among our members, so when our cooperation with Hotel Express was signed in August 2016 this was a major success. The agreement gives our members access to the lowest hotel prices, covering over 140,000 hotels worldwide and with price guarantee. Nearly 15,000 members have already registered and we expect a strong increase in the future. The feedback we have received from our members is very positive. We appreciate our cooperation with the Hotel Express International team, who is highly professional and experienced in this field. The booking system is customer friendly and it fits perfectly with our benefits program. We look forward to continue our cooperation and all the extra travel benefits it creates for our members.
