After several months of using HEI Online service, let me express… our great satisfaction with the service. The savings we made in very short period of time since concluding the contract with HEI have been significant. Thorough analysis of our travel expenses has indicated the savings of 28% for hotel rooms booking only.
Simple to use, and with great choice of hotels at most world destination, HEI Online is greatly accepted with the same enthusiasm between our teaching staff as well as among our students. During this period, everything has been quite smooth in booking procedures. We had several cancellations due to change in travel itineraries – procedure was very simple and prepaid amount was fully transferred back to our account without any delay whatsoever. At this point, other additional services provided by HEI Online cannot be commented because there is no feedback information from our end users yet. The exception is for Sixt car rental and Dragonpass airport lounge service which are very useful and also money saving benefits. We are also very satisfied with HEI Online mobile application that has been released recently. We are sure that this application will be regularly used by our staff and students.
